  • Burning tips for our candles + some practical, common sense on candle safety :

    Because our candles are hand-poured in metal cans, the metal can become very hot while burning! Don’t pick it up until it is cool to the touch.

    Always trim your wick before use, taking care to remove charred fragments from previous burns.

    Secondly, take care to allow the wax to melt across the entire diameter of the candle on the first burn. This step helps to prevent tunneling, which can impact future burns.

    Burn your candle in a well-ventilated area, on a stable surface.

    Do not burn longer than 4 hours, and let cool at least two hours before relighting.

    Don’t leave your candle unattended.

    Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
